
The Von Hügel Institute is a research institute which was established in St Edmund's College, Cambridge, to foster academic work on the relationship between Christianity and society. It preserves and develops the Roman Catholic tradition of the College by research and analysis which informs Catholic social policy and practice. In this way, it contributes to the Common Good and a more just society. It acts in a broad ecumenical spirit and fosters understanding between Christians and others who share a concern for a better society.
